Closed-Cell Construction: Over 90% closed-cell content for maximum moisture resistance, durability, and dimensional stability. Low VOC: Emits only 37 g/l when mixed, supporting healthier indoor air quality during installation. Fungi-Resistant & Chemically Inert: No mold growth and safe for use around electrical wiring and common plastics (including PVC, PEX, and Romex®). Recommended Applications: Wall cavities, rim joists, and crawl spaces Attics and roof decks Around windows, doors, and mechanical penetrations Soundproofing and vibration reduction Installation & Safety: Apply between 40°F and 100°F on clean, dry surfaces.
