This fitting links the filter to rigid PVC or flexible hose runs and is a common point of wear where seasonal plumbing is disconnected and reconnected each spring and fall. A Direct, Code-Rated Plumbing Match Schedule 40 PVC connectors are the industry standard for pressurized pond plumbing because their wall thickness holds up to the operating pressure inside a pressure filter without swelling or splitting. Repeated seasonal disconnection for winterizing, combined with UV exposure over the summer, eventually cracks the threads or the solvent-weld hub. A damaged connector shows up as a slow drip or spray at the joint even when the rest of the plumbing is tight. Compatible With PondMax PF1200 and PF3600 Pressure Filters Size 1 1/2\" (38 mm) connection Material Schedule 40 PVC How to Use Drain the filter and cut or unscrew the damaged connector from the filter port. Clean the mating surface and dry-fit the replacement before applying PVC primer and cement for a solvent-weld connection, or thread sealant if the port is threaded. Allow solvent-welded joints to cure fully before repressurizing the system. Ideal for PF1200 and PF3600 owners replacing seasonal plumbing connections or repairing a joint that has started to weep at the filter port.","image_url":null,"href":"/product/pondmax-replacement-schedule-40-connector-for-pf1200-3600-1-1-2.html","buy_url":"https://xyjpsn-3p.myshopify.com/products/pondmax-replacement-schedule-40-connector-for-pf1200-3600-1-1-2","buy_url_source":"shops.shop_domain + product.handle","seller_name":"xyjpsn-3p.myshopify.com","seller_url":"https://xyjpsn-3p.myshopify.com/","return_policy_url":"https://xyjpsn-3p.myshopify.com/policies/refund-policy","media":[],"related":[{"handle":"aquascape-smart-control-receiver-1","title":"AQUASCAPE SMART CONTROL RECEIVER","category":"Replacement Parts","price":"$138.31","image_url":"https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1076/9324/4755/files/aquascape_smart_controller_reciever_45038.jpg?v=1790199478","sku":"AQP-45038**DISC**","href":"/product/aquascape-smart-control-receiver-1.html"},{"handle":"oase-1-2-hp-floating-fountain-replacement-pump","title":"Oase 1/2 HP Floating Fountain - Replacement Pump","category":"Replacement Parts","price":"$285.59","image_url":"https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1076/9324/4755/files/oase_replacement_pump_with_75_ft_cord_for_.5_hp_floating_fountain_with_lights.jpg?v=1790198499","sku":"OASP-49522","href":"/product/oase-1-2-hp-floating-fountain-replacement-pump.html"},{"handle":"oase-24w-uvc-replacement-bulb-for-filtoclear-4000-g2-filtoclear-3400-g3-and-bitron-c-24","title":"OASE 24W UVC Replacement Bulb for Filtoclear 4000 (G2), Filtoclear 3400 (G3), and Bitron C 24","category":"Replacement Parts","price":"$60.89","image_url":"https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1076/9324/4755/files/bitron_36w_uv_bulb_1_1.jpg?v=1790199589","sku":"OASP-41011","href":"/product/oase-24w-uvc-replacement-bulb-for-filtoclear-4000-g2-filtoclear-3400-g3-and-bitron-c-24.html"},{"handle":"oase-18w-uvc-replacement-bulb-for-vitronic-18-and-filtoclear-3000","title":"OASE 18W UVC Replacement Bulb for Vitronic 18 and FiltoClear 3000","category":"Replacement Parts","price":"$55.99","image_url":"https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1076/9324/4755/files/bitron_36w_uv_bulb_1.jpg?v=1790199593","sku":"OASP-40965","href":"/product/oase-18w-uvc-replacement-bulb-for-vitronic-18-and-filtoclear-3000.html"}]}}
