Cell Matrix & Construction The battery utilizes authentic Samsung 21700 50G cells spot-welded with pure nickel strips. The outer assembly is wrapped in high-temperature industrial PVC shrink film with internal epoxy fiberglass insulation and vibration-damping cushioning. Measuring 225 mm in length, 150 mm in height, 75 mm in thickness, with a 200 mm hypotenuse slope (8.86 x 5.91 x 2.95 inches, 7.87-inch slope), the compact triangle form factor fits standard bicycle front-triangle frame spaces, weighing approximately 4.0 kg (8.82 lbs). Smart JBD Bluetooth BMS Hardware & Controller Matching Equipped with an integrated JBD Smart hardware Battery Management System featuring real-time Bluetooth telemetry.
