Description (from PDP, plain text)
Wide-Format 316 Grade Water Feature The Atlantic Water Gardens 24-inch stainless steel spillway in 316-grade steel creates a dramatic, wide curtain of water for pond walls, water walls, and formal garden features. At twice the width of the 12-inch model, this spillway delivers an impressive sheet of water that commands attention in any landscape design — with the corrosion resistance of 316 marine-grade stainless that maintains its appearance through Canadian winters and pond chemistry year after year. Wide Format for Statement Features A 24-inch spillway produces a water sheet that reads as a primary design element rather than an accent. At recommended flow rates of up to 2,400 GPH (9,085 LPH), the falling water creates both visual drama and the sound of a substantial cascade — the kind of feature that becomes the focal point of an outdoor entertaining space. The 316-grade stainless maintains the clean, contemporary aesthetic of a brushed metal finish without the rust staining that can develop on lower-grade stainless over time. Width 61 cm (24") Material Grade 316 stainless steel Recommended Flow Up to ~2,400 GPH (9,085 LPH) Inlet 1.5" FPT Finish Brushed stainless Mounting Surface mount How to Install Mount the spillway at the desired height on the pond wall. Level carefully — a 24-inch spillway is sensitive to even slight off-level installation, which causes uneven water sheet distribution. Connect a 1.5-inch supply line from a pump delivering 1,200–2,400 GPH depending on desired sheet depth. Pair with a matching 24-inch basin or pump vault below the spillway lip to capture and recirculate water. Ideal for contemporary water walls, formal garden ponds, and high-end outdoor living spaces in Canada.
