Bastide Castel d'Aille AOP Provence Rosé 2022 Organic and Vegan Rosé Wine This wine, adorned with a light peach hue and salmon highlights, immediately captures the imagination. The bouquet boasts a gourmet blend of red fruits, particularly raspberry, and floral scents. On the palate, it delivers a refreshing, well-balanced experience, with hints of raspberry, citrus fruits and a harmonious finish. Awarded a Gold Medal at multiple prestigious competitions and ranked among the top 50 rosés of Provence, this wine is a standout choice for any occasion. The Mediterranean climate with continental influences and cool, humid winters and very hot, dry summers creates a thermal amplitude that allows very good phenolic maturity to be achieved while preserving the acidity of the grapes. The estate is located in an exceptional environment in the Plaine des Maures National Nature Reserve, a landscape made up of umbrella pines, oaks and chestnut groves in which 180 protected species coexist. Grapes: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan Aging: A Rosé that can age 3-4 Years
