After a disappointing 2006/07 campaign, the club underwent a major overhaul under new manager Ottmar Hitzfeld. Key signings included Franck Ribéry, Miroslav Klose, Luca Toni, and Zé Roberto, who transformed the squad’s quality and depth. Bayern won the domestic double—clinching the Bundesliga title convincingly and lifting the DFB-Pokal after beating Borussia Dortmund in the final. Luca Toni was instrumental, finishing as the league’s top scorer with 24 goals. In Europe, Bayern impressed in the UEFA Cup but were eliminated in the semi-finals by Zenit Saint Petersburg. The team played with renewed energy and cohesion, with Ribéry’s creativity and Toni’s finishing proving decisive. Goalkeeper Oliver Kahn retired at the end of the season, closing a legendary chapter in Bayern history. The 2007/08 campaign restored Bayern’s domestic supremacy and laid the groundwork for future success both in Germany and in Europe. Oliver Kahn served as Bayern Munich’s formidable goalkeeper from 1994 to 2008, earning legendary status through his passion, leadership, and elite goalkeeping. He won eight Bundesliga titles, six DFB-Pokals, and the 2001 UEFA Champions League, where he was named Man of the Match in the final. Kahn's fierce presence and consistency defined an era of dominance for Bayern. Note: These jerseys are authentic.
