Our Marine Grade Rubber Double D Fender range is designed to provide exceptional impact protection, edge protection, and durability for marine, automotive, rail, and industrial applications. Manufactured in the UK from premium Chloroprene (Neoprene) rubber, these fenders are built to withstand harsh environments while delivering long-lasting performance. Each profile is reinforced with an 18/8 marine-grade stainless steel strip, pre-punched for easy installation and offering excellent corrosion resistance in demanding marine conditions. Available Sizes TSEC-SRD101 Size: 22mm x 14mm Maximum Coil Length: 36 metres TSEC-SRD103 Size: 44mm x 19mm Maximum Coil Length: 30 metres Exact batch size (24/01/2020 stock): 43.82mm x 19.26mm Gap over steel insert: 7.41mm wide x 9mm deep Gap can be filled using: 8mm nitrile cord bonded into place to conceal the steel insert TSEC-SRD105 Size: 60mm x 32mm Maximum Coil Length: 12 metres ⚠️ TSEC-SRD101 and TSEC-SRD103 are usually stocked.TSEC-SRD105 may be in stock or currently in production.
