Champagne Petiteaux Extra Brut Organic and Vegan Situated in the Aube region of Landreville, Côtes des Bar, Champagne Petiteaux's "EXTRA BRUT" Cuvée showcases the delightful blend of Pinot Noir's fruity character, Chardonnay's richness, and the clay-limestone soil's minerality. The "Mobline" plot basks in a sun-drenched south-eastern exposure, resulting in a pale gold color, delicate bubbles, and a silky appearance. On the nose, one can detect a harmony of ripe, slightly cooked fruit, fresh fruit, brioche, and white flowers. The palate is treated to a refreshing, well-balanced indulgence, with notes of ripe, fruity grapes and a pleasant touch of minerality, leading to a lingering finish. Serve chilled between 8 °C and 10 °C for optimal enjoyment. What is the difference between brut and Extra Brut champagne? On the Champagne sweetness scale, 0-3 grams of sugar per liter is brut nature, 0-6 grams of sugar is extra brut, and 0-12 grams of sugar is brut.
