Château De Fontenille, AOC Entre Deux Mers, Produced from a blend dominated by Sauvignon, this wine has a lively and intense lightness. Discover its unique flavors while pairing it with your favourite foods. A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Gris and 10% Muscadelle. The vinification and aging process involves 10 to 24 hours of skin maceration, followed by fermentation at a low temperature of 16°C. The wine is then aged on fine lees, resulting in a golden yellow color with a clear appearance. The initial nose reveals a refreshing blend of citrus fruits With a surface area of 12 ha and an average age of 25 years, the grapes grow in a terroir of clayey-siliceous soil with a presence of gravel. The production is average 100,000 bottles Grapes: A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Gris and 10% Muscadelle.
