The dense, chewy texture reveals layers of black and blue fruit liqueur and floral pastille, with a touch of exotic spice on the finish. The tannins provide a firm grip, leading to a long and impressive finish with lingering floral accents and dark berry notes. Matteo Châteauneuf du Pape 2019 from Domaine Duseigneur, a masterfully crafted biodynamic wine that honors its papal heritage. This elegant blend combines 80% Grenache Noir and 20% Syrah, aged for 9 months in French oak barriques.
