Product Overview CRL Solid Brass Shelf Clamps are specifically engineered to firmly secure a shelf for lightweight items. These clamps should be securely fastened to the wall using screws (not included) in studs or with Molly-type anchors. The glass is secured in place using nylon tip brass set screws. These clamps are capable of securely holding glass that is 1/4" to 3/8" (6 to 10 mm) thick, and no glass fabrication is necessary. It is strongly recommended that the glass protrudes no more than 5" (127 mm) from the wall.
