The Dutchess DUT/TXM-15 Manual Tortilla Press Great For: Tortillas, Corn Tortillas & Pizza 15" x 15" Dual Heated Platens can press, flatten and/or par bake tortillas in seconds. Top & Bottom Platens heat from Off up to 450°F. Heated Platens flatten dough faster or can be used without heat for cold pressing corn tortillas. Top Platen swings away for easy loading & unloading of dough balls & pressed dough products. Full range dough thickness adjustment. Easy to use open and close Handle. Optional non-stick Xylan coated upper & lower Platens.
