Handi-Foam® E84 Spray Foam Insulation II-205 is a low-pressure, two-component, medium-density spray polyurethane foam (SPF) system designed for professional use. Engineered to deliver superior thermal insulation, air sealing, and structural reinforcement, it conforms to ASTM E84 Class 1 (A) fire ratings and offers dependable performance in demanding environments. Key Features: High Thermal Efficiency:Exceptional R-value of 6.6 per inch (initial), reducing to 6.1 aged — ideal for enhancing energy efficiency in residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Durable & Reliable:In-place density of 2.11 lbs/ft³ and >90% closed-cell content ensure robust insulation with excellent resistance to moisture, air infiltration, and structural movement. Quick Application:Fast tack-free time (30–60 seconds) and cuttable within 10 minutes. Designed for ease of use with controlled expansion and consistent coverage. Versatile Use:Suitable for filling and sealing voids of various sizes, dampening sound, and reducing vibrations in wall cavities, crawlspaces, rim joists, and more. Safe & Code Compliant:Meets fire performance standards (ASTM E84 Class A), with low VOC emissions (37 g/l) and excellent fungal resistance (ASTM G21: No Growth). Chemically inert when cured and safe for use around wiring, PEX, PVC, and most common building materials.
