Wide and chewy glass noodles give a fuller texture than the regular ones. Also, it is already cut, which makes it easy to use. The cut noodles do not get tangled with each other. The wide, flat noodles are particularly easily seasoned and go well with a variety of dishes. Ingredients: Sweet Potato Starch 99.9%, Emulsifier: E401, Acidity Regulator: E296, Thickener: E415.
