Named after its primary herb Rasna (Alpinia galanga) — one of Ayurveda's foremost Vata-pacifying and anti-inflammatory herbs — this formulation is specifically indicated for Vatashonitam and joint-related Vata disorders characterised by pain and swelling across multiple joints and body regions.Indications (Traditional Use) Vatashonitam / Vatarakta (joint inflammation with Vata and blood vitiation) Aches and swelling at the ankles Pain and swelling at the triceps / upper arm region Knee pain and swelling Thigh pain and swelling Waist / lower back pain Pain and stiffness at the back of the neck Dosage2 tablets twice daily, or as directed by your Ayurvedic physician.
