Singer 222K Featherweight Sewing Machine – 1959 – Fully Serviced with Extensive AccessoriesThis stunning Singer 222K Featherweight Sewing Machine is a true collector’s piece, ideal for sewing enthusiasts and vintage lovers alike. Made in the United Kingdom, it features the distinctive red "S" badge, marking its authenticity and classic Singer quality.This particular machine was born on 18 December 1959 (Serial No. EP760356) and sold on 23 May 1960 at the Singer Sewing Machine Shop in Burton-on-Trent, England. The customer card shows it was a gift from Mr. Heard of Wigston, Leicestershire, to Miss J. Marlow, who received three complimentary sewing lessons as part of the purchase. Price at the time? £64.17.This machine is in excellent working condition, professionally serviced and electrically tested to ensure everything is safe and sound.
