By mounting to the top face of the tiling batten, it replaces unreliable end-grain nailing and eliminates the risk of timber splitting. Ideal for both new build and refurbishment, it provides a clean, fast, maintenance-free solution that ensures long-term roofing stability. Fabricated from non-corrosive 304 stainless steel, the fixing clip features an integrated strengthening recess to maintain its profile and durability. The design utilises pre-positioned fixing holes alongside a precision-grip aperture to lock the nail securely in place; together, these features deliver the high pull-off resistance required by BS 5534. The system is independently BRE wind-tunnel tested and fully compliant with NHBC standards for pitched roofing.
