Club: Wigan Athletic FC Year: 2008/09 Brand: Champion Jersey Type: Home Size: XL Player Name: Amr Zaki 13 Chest length (cm): 54 Shirt length (cm): 72 Condition: 9/10 History: Wigan Athletic enjoyed a solid 2008/09 Premier League campaign under Steve Bruce, finishing 11th with 45 points. The Latics impressed with their organisation and defensive discipline, particularly at the JJB Stadium, where they secured important victories over several established sides. Amr Zaki and Emile Heskey provided attacking threat before Heskey's January departure to Aston Villa, while Antonio Valencia continued to develop into a key creative player. Wigan also reached the FA Cup fourth round and League Cup third round, establishing themselves as a competitive Premier League side. Amr Zaki joined Wigan Athletic on loan from Zamalek for the 2008/09 season, making an explosive start by scoring 10 Premier League goals. The Egyptian striker became a fan favourite, but his form faded before returning to Zamalek after the campaign. Note: These jerseys are authentic. However, due to their age—whether never worn with tags or previously used—they may exhibit minor imperfections such as pulls, bobbles, or small stains.
